Booking and carriage terms
A confirmed e-ticket reserves the shown seat, route, date, pickup stop, and drop-off stop. Arrive before the estimated pickup time and present the valid QR ticket. A QR accepted on another bus, a cancelled/refunded ticket, or a duplicate scan is not valid.
Roadside pickup
Pickup times at intermediate stops are estimates affected by traffic. Booking closes 10 minutes before the estimated arrival at the selected stop. The driver sees requested pickup markers but passengers should wait at the named safe stopping point and follow lawful crew instructions.
Service changes
Traffic, safety, weather, road closures, or operational events may delay, reroute, substitute, or cancel a bus. TransLink will provide status information and available remedies but cannot guarantee an exact arrival time.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must not endanger others, obstruct crew, damage a vehicle, carry prohibited items, or misuse another person’s ticket or LinkPass. The operator may refuse travel when reasonably necessary for safety or law.
Accounts and payments
Keep login and ticket codes secure. Charges, promotions, and LinkPass balances are calculated by the server. Promotions may have dates, route limits, usage limits, and maximum discounts. Suspected errors should be reported promptly.
These terms are an operational draft and require legal review before commercial launch.
